Arrival by car
The Gschnitztal valley is easy to reach due to its closeness to Innsbruck and the Brenner motorway.
Attention! All Austrian motorways are toll roads. Tax stickers are available at all borders, at petrol stations and at automobile clubs.
From the Olympic city Innsbruck take the Brenner motorway (Europe's highest brige) to the exit Schönberg (driving time approx. 20 minutes). This exit is recommended, as the toll is only € 2,50 there. Continue on the main road B 182 in the direction of Matrei am Brenner, continue to Steinach am Brenner and turn right to the Gschnitztal valley. Toll-free option: take the main road B 182 in the direction of Matrei, Steinach and turn right to the Gschnitztal.

Arrival by train
Train station Steinach am Brenner. From there, a bus connection to the Gschnitztal is available. You can also tell us your arrival time upon booking and we will pick you up at the train station.
